Commissions are available for clients who want a more personal experience in choosing an original Kathleen Conlon painting. The first step is to fill out the commission questionnaire found on this site. Once I have received this, I will reach out to you to schedule the first meeting. Commission prices for an acrylic painting on canvas are listed above.

Meeting About the Details

Three scheduled meetings (in person or via Zoom or FaceTime) will give you and the artist time to work together to create a unique piece of art from one of the existing series.

Meeting 1

This free 30-minute initial discussion will go over the answers to the questionnaire. If the client wishes to move forward, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before scheduling meeting #2.



Meeting 2

Series and 3-5 color choices will be determined. What are the must-haves for the painting? Is there a timeframe to consider? Do you want a frame and if yes what color? Progress photos will be taken throughout the project and updates will be shared with the client once a week until completion. The first update will allow the client the option to make one complimentary change to the design or color choices. Any future changes will be $250 each or more depending on the scope of changes.



Meeting 3

The reveal. The final painting will be shown to the client and delivered once the remaining balance has been paid. Shipping and taxes will be added to the final payment.
